Cello Lessons: Private Study
Adam Eason teaches privately out of his studio in West Linn, Oregon. Prior to moving to Portland, Adam taught extensively in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. He also taught cello at the Rockwell School of Music, and currently teaches cello classes at Cedarwood Waldorf School.
Adam says, “My approach to teaching is egalitarian. There are as many reasons to learn music as there are people, and I aim to provide lessons which cater to the goals of the individual. I have taught high schoolers angling for music school, elementary school kids trying to learn what they like, and adults looking for a hobby or personal enrichment. While I encourage performance, I understand the stage is not for everyone, and I work with students to fit music into their life in the healthiest, most satisfying way.”
Adam accepts students of all levels.
